Private 1 on 1 sessions

We offer fully customised personal pilates sessions for 1-3 people in our home studio or at your home, work, or local park/beach. Based on an initial consult & assessment, we design a program of exercises based on your personal fitness level and goals.

Mobile Pilates Perth

Can't come to us? We can bring Pilates to you! Our mobile sessions are a great option for families, couples, work colleagues, and friends to support each other.  Organise a class at work for increased vitality & productivity or get together with neighbours for a social group exercise.

Group classes

For people without any major injuries, group classes are a great way to explore pilates. Our regular weekly classes (8:30am Saturday mornings) take you through a 1 hour matwork routine - concentrating on abdominals, arms, legs and buttocks.

Beginner's Course (starting soon)

Our Beginner's Course runs for 10 weeks and will take you from the first steps to a real understanding of the STOTT PILATES® 5 Basic Principles - breathing, pelvic placement, ribcage placement, scapular movement & stabilization, and head & cervical placement. These work together to create Intelligent Exercise that is both safe and effective.

This course is suitable for beginners and also for anyone who wants to revisit the foundation of their practice and understanding. All equipment is supplied. All you will need is some comfortable clothes, a small towel and some water.

Pilates for surfers (seasonal)

Your core plays a fundamental role in your balance as a surfer. The central stability of your body promotes functional strength, flexibility and mobility for your surfing maneuvers. We will be offering group classes for surfers on the beach in the warmer season so ... watch this space.

Pilates for Mums and Babies Classes Success

Mums & Bubs classes (coming soon)

Our Mums & Bubs (up to 1 year of age) classes will be focusing on restrengthening the body’s core muscles that are weakened during pregnancy. It will also involve exercises to tone up arms, back and butts. Pilates will help prevent lower back pain and incontinence.
